Chaco Canyon is an un-plugged, transformative voyage – reveling in the immersive experience of nature and the wonders of the Canyon and the ancestors who walked there.
This fresh air and energetic re-boot will prepare our bodies for the powerful energies that Chaco Canyon holds and the mind-blowing mysteries it reveals… about Chaco and about ourselves.
Our days will be spent exploring the many sacred sites of the canyon – experiencing the different (and often expanded) energetic frequencies that each one of them holds and untangling the mysteries that they present to us. They will give us the opportunity to tap into our own spirit and intuition as we “feel” our way through the mystical messages that Chaco offers us.
The Chacoans built a benevolent empire – unmatched in scale and innovation for their time – stretching for thousands of miles in several directions. Their intention was great connection to the divine and they left clues everywhere in their structures and where/how they were built and placed.
What they didn’t leave – was a written language.
So in order to fully “know” and understand these compelling spirits – we will tune into the frequencies and energies these sites pour into us – imploring us to experience our own divine connection to source.
Each day we will expand our capacity to “know” the unknown, to “feel” the intention and to “hear” messages that come without words.
We will walk the sites within the valley loop, hike to the more remote power spots, meditate as a group and individually at power spots, experience both the Goddess and the Warrior energies present there and take the opportunity for special rituals and Native American ceremonies – including a sacred Cacao Ceremony used by the ancestors.
We will learn the extraordinary way they placed their structures – tied into the cosmos and aligned to each other through the stars, the sun and the moon cycles – living in balance and harmony with the earth rhythms and inviting us to do the same.
We will explore their impressive masonry and examine the evolution of these people through the messages they left in the stones they built with and how they did it.
We will learn about their stunning achievements in time keeping – from the Unesco World Heritage recognized “calendar” on Fajada Butte – to the corner windows in their buildings perfectly aligned with solar events.
We will learn about these amazing people and their phenomenal feats – and in the process we will learn even more about ourselves.
We will spend six nights sleeping in tents beneath the starlit sky – unencumbered by city lights. This healthy environment will help to set the stage for personal transformation and growth.
The food will be prepared for you with great intention and love. Healthy, organic fare will support your body with important nutrition to be able to receive these amazing energies and increase your own vibrational frequency.
Nights will be spent at a communal table and around a roaring campfire – in meaningful conversations over a hearty nutritious meal or in fun silly banter and jokes. Or both…
Because above all – we will have fun. Lots of wonderful, friend-filled fun!
Weather permitting – we can visit the massive telescope and see the stars and planets so visible in the dark night sky.
We will anchor our Chaco experience with a sacred medicine day – fully opening us up to the transcendent power of the place.
